Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes you will change your mind and that's why we offer a full refund of unused products and skin or laser treatment courses within 14 days of purchase.

Treatment Aftercare 

You will find aftercare sheets for all our treatments available for download here and on the relevant treatment pages. If for any reason you need any further advise post-treatment please do not hesitate to contact your practitioner on 0800 24 25 145.
